Flashback

I found this recently while cleaning out some files. Back in 2008, when it was announced that Senator Ted Kennedy had been diagnosed with a brain tumor, I sent him a letter of support and a copy of my novel HEAD GAMES, which features a main character who has the same type of tumor he had been diagnosed with. I had received notes from readers who had found some comfort in my depiction of the disease. Sen. Kennedy responded with this note. He succumbed to the disease not long after.
